The five fingered chamsa, a Jewish and Moslem good luck charm, has the word Mizrach at its center. Mizrach means "East" and references the direction of prayer towards Jerusalem. A phrase from Psalm 29:11 - "The Lord will give strength to his people" - sits at the center of the chamsa.
