The "Lazar Papercut Jukebox"

This multilayered papercut, executed in bright, eye catching colors, was inspired by a 1946 Rock-Ola Jukebox and was commissioned by Dale Lazar. The letter "D"  was introduced at different angles into the design and the letters "DL" sit at the center of the work.

The background to this work is made of a repeating text comprising, according to Dale, twelve of the most significant Top Ten songs of the 1950's and 1960's.

Size: 32" x 24"
