The Papercut Haggadah - Press / Feedback

There was a popular response to "The Papercut Haggadah by Archie Granot" exhibit at Yeshiva University Museum, New York. The exhibition opening was on March 3, 2008 and the show, originally planned to come down in May 2008, was extended to August, 2008.

A "Slice of Life" by Megan Jacobs, appeared the Art and Culture section in the Jerusalem Post Magazine on April 3, 2008.

 "An Abstract Haggadah" by Marissa Brostoff, appeared in Forward on April 9, 2008. Both of the above mentioned articles were syndicated and appeared world wide.

"The Papercut Haggadah by Archie Granot" received pride of place in "Loosen Your Borscht Belt and Raise Your Highbrows", an article by Seth Kugel, that appeared under Jewish Arts, Weekend in New York, The New York Times, May 18, 2008.

Karen Finch's review of the exhibit at Yeshiva University Museum appeared in Material Religion, The Journal of Objects, Art and Religion, Volume 4, Issue 3, November 2008. (online at: www.igentaconnect.com)

Granot's masterpiece is the subject of a extensive article, "A Cut Above, The Creation of The Archie Granot Haggadah" by Meir Persoff, Ph.D, that appears in the Spring/Summer 2009 edition of Emunah Magazine.

"Making The Kindest Cut" by Rachel Neiman appeared in ISRAEL21c, an online newsletter about Israel beyond politics and the headlines, August 14, 2008
